Whistleblower

Responsible, sustainable and lawful behaviour is an important part of the values of MTW-Endoskopie W. Haag KG.

The MTW-Endoskopie W. Haag KG whistleblower system is available to all employees, business partners, customers and other third parties.
Here you have the opportunity to report possible legal violations.

In this way, risks can be recognised at an early stage and, if necessary, appropriate remedial action can be taken.
Confidentiality and the protection of whistleblowers are our top priority. If you wish, you can also report your information anonymously. Please use the whistleblower form for this purpose.

In the case of anonymous reports, a very detailed description of the facts is essential, as no further enquiries can be made. Our trusted persons in the Compliance department must be able to understand and comprehend the facts precisely from your statements. The more information you provide, the more likely it is that a complete clarification will be possible. Otherwise, clarification can be made more difficult or even prevented.

Reporting information that is known to be false can have serious legal consequences for you.
You provide your personal data voluntarily. You have the option of submitting your report anonymously. If you voluntarily decide to provide your personal data and thus make a non-anonymous report, we will process your information for the sole purpose of processing your report on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c, f, DSGVO.
MTW-Endoskopie W. Haag KG expressly encourages the whistleblower to primarily use the MTW reporting system so that possible legal violations can first be clarified and processed internally. However, the whistleblower is free to decide whether to contact the internal or external federal reporting centre.
